Participation Statement
As part of your booking confirmation you are asked to read and accept our participation statement
By booking an event or service with Happy with Wellness I hereby agree to partipate in activities at my own risk and understand I have full responsbility for my own involvement. I understand that activities involve social interactions as well as physical and mental activites. Happy with Wellness has created a safe environment for these activities and I am capable of removing myself from them should I feel the need to do so. I understand that Happy with Wellness cannot have responsbility for the actions of others within the group and that my involvement in activities requires discretion, compassion and confidentiality to support myself and others.

Costs

All prices for our events are based on the singular event. Each event is priced per person and in British pounds.

We reserve the right to change or adjust prices at any time due to venue hire and/ or any adherence to a singular event.

Once your booking is confirmed and we have received your payment, the prices are guaranteed to not change or differentiate.

Prices only include transfers where stated. Singular events do not include transfers and is a make your own way policy.

Retreats are currently not including transfer and each participant is expected to make their own transfer however this is subject to change.

If included in your relevant package but your flight arrival times fall outside of recommended timings you will be required

Deposits and Payments

Payments plans are available for retreats however we reserve the right to request full payment if payment is not received within X amount of time.

Day events are a pay in full and must be paid to secure booking.

Refunds are not permitted however we honour tickets of same value.

If your booking is within 8 weeks of the retreat, full payment is required. Alternative payment plans may be available on request.

Your deposit ensures the quoted price unless changes are made to your booking.

Your booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Happy With Wellness

If we do not receive full payment by the due date stated in the agreement we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and you will lose your deposit.
Cancellations

If you cancel your booking we operate on a non refundable ticket however;

If you cannot make a workshop for any reason we reserve the right to cancel your spot.

If more than 24 hour notice is made we will honour your ticket for another day event of the same value.

If no communication is made or if under the 24 hour notice period we reserve the right to cancel your space and no refund will be made.

Your deposit payment is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. Any payments paid prior to your cancellation are also non-refundable.

If we need to cancel the retreat for any reason, we will reschedule your booking to another date and confirm all information to the individual client.

If you do not show up for any part of your retreat you will still be charged 100% of the retreat cost.

You must provide written cancellation notice before 24 hours prior to event or retreat.
Mental Health
Happy With Wellness understands that we provide a safe space for individuals to open up about personal discussions around mental health, including subjects such as depression, anxiety, self confidence issues and personal limitations . Although these topics may arise during our workshops/ events/ retreats. It is crucial to note that our instructors and mentors are not qualified mental health professionals. Whilst Holly and Louise will create an abundance of safety and an open platform to open up the team cannot advise professional medical or psychological advice. Please note that everything discussed at events and retreats are in confidence and will not be shared with any other persons.
